Healthy Lifestyle Yoga
Yoga is suitable for everyone regardless of age, size and level of fitness.
Yoga is a self paced activity and normally practiced in a group environment providing an outstanding team building experience.
The style and level of practice is based on the individual or group requirements with options to simultaneously cater for beginners and intermediate students. All participants can enjoy the practice within their personal range and level of fitness.
Classes may include, meditation, partner yoga and massage.

Relaxation & Stress Relief
We will take you on a journey of relaxation which may include, and not limited to: connecting with your breath, meditation, restorative yoga, Yin yoga, gentle partner yoga and massage.
Remedial Yoga
We have students with physical challenges who benefit from a yoga based rehabilitation program. Even Teacher-Principal Jonn Close (15% whole body permanent impaired from an accident) has regained the majority of his range of movement through regular yoga practice.

Conditioning Yoga
Many individuals, sporting or special interest groups wish to focus on specific areas such strength, core, weight management, cardio, flexibility and endurance.
We consult with students, coaches and health professionals to target the specific requirements and provide a class to suit.

CE Yoga specialises in the delivery of workshops utilising various teachers and resources to deliver customised programs - for example:
